Teal Frosting

Ingredients

 

1/4 cup unrefined coconut oil

3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar (16 oz)

1/4 cup milk of choice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Color Garden Natural Dye (blue and green)

 

How To:

1. With a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat the coconut oil until light, fluffy, and smooth.
2. With the mixer on low speed, slowly add the vanilla, half of the confectioners sugar, and half of the milk. Slowly add the remainder of the confectioners sugar, and then the remainder of the milk.
3. Beat until completely smooth and lump-free.
4. To make the icing teal, use 4 parts blue to 1 part green. Add more food dye until you have the color you love. Stir until the color is consistent throughout. Transfer to a piping bag or use immediately.
